Senior Timeline
Annual Awards Gala
The Annual Awards Gala will be held on November 20th, 2025 at the Fort Worth Club. You will receive an email with the invitation and details for the event. Please fill out the RSVP form for the event (linked below). Each student being honored will receive three tickets - one for themselves and two for their guests. Any tickets above that can be purchased for $75 a ticket. Tickets are available for purchase below.
Before Graduation
Please submit the “Senior Profile” to Tiffany Simpson at Tiffany@bobbybragan.org. This will include information about the graduate and where they plan to attend college. This form can be downloaded below.
After Graduation
Once you have graduated and registered for classes at your university, you will need to submit the “Letter to the Registrar” form to the registrar department at your school. The foundation needs your official “Verification of Enrollment” in order to process your scholarship check. This can either be sent directly from your university, or by downloading it from your university portal (this will depend on the school you attend). These enrollment verifications need to be sent to Tiffany Simpson at Tiffany@bobbybragan.org. This form can be downloaded below.
What’s Next?
Once we have received both your senior profile form and your verification of enrollment, we will submit your scholarship check request for processing. Once it has been approved and processed, the check will be sent directly to your University Financial Aid Department.

Purchase individual tickets to accompany students at the
