Annual Awards Gala

The Annual Awards Gala will be held in November of your graduating year. You will receive an email with the invitation and details for the event. Each student is invited to bring two guests with them and is able to purchase tickets for additional guests if they would like. Each student will be honored at the Gala and given a medal for their achievement.

Before Graduation

Please submit the “Senior Profile” to Tiffany Simpson at Tiffany@bobbybragan.org. This will include information about the graduate and where they plan to attend college. This form can be downloaded below. If you have a student ID, please share that in the email as it makes it easier to send your scholarship check.

After Graduation

Once you have graduated and registered for classes at your university, you will need to submit the “Letter to the Registrar” form to the registrar department at your school. The foundation needs your official “Verification of Enrollment” in order to process your scholarship check. This can either be sent directly from your university, or by downloading it from your university portal (this will depend on the school you attend). These enrollment verifications need to be sent to Tiffany Simpson at Tiffany@bobbybragan.org. This form can be downloaded below - but does not need to be submitted to us - it is just a helpful form if your university requires it. We have worked with many Universities and are happy to help walk you through this if you need help!

What’s Next?

Once we have received both your senior profile form and your verification of enrollment, we will submit your scholarship check request for processing. Once it has been approved and processed, the check will be sent directly to your University Financial Aid Department.
